Graves, president and founder of “Some Gave All” — The Joey Graves Foundation, has a passion for our veterans and military, which was initiated by the death of his son, U.S. Army Specialist Joseph A. Graves, who was killed while on an escort mission on the Baghdad Highway in 2006. Kevin currently serves at the rank of staff sergeant in the California Military Reserve as a chaplain’s assistant. Kevin and his wife, Leianne Graves, are also advocates for an active Gold Star Family community in Northern California. The couple will lay the Gold Star wreath during the program.
